A Table of Grace
A picture is worth a thousand words. So here is our thousand words for life after 2015. Officially titled, "make a silly face".

After a lengthy season of support raising, we are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The picture above is taken during some much needed down time. I was even able to wear my "What Does the Fox Say?" T-shirt (Thank you KC White). With some fresh juice back in our batteries we have invested a couple days counting our blessings and praying for the new connections God has blessed us with.
There are many trails still to trod and many more hurdles to pass. Emotionally I am torn between the fear of the wilderness before us and dumb founded that God would call us to labor toward this amazing work. At this time we are praying for 5-6 families to walk with us during a season of prayer. BY FAITH we will see a prayer group lay the foundation for a LIFE GIVING OUTWARD FACED Church. For Christ be the Glory!
Did you see the most recent Jurassic Park movie? The scene where the boys drive around in the Gyro-sphere (aka bubble car)? Well, I feel like I am driving around my own life watching from a bubble car. Everything is amazing (a little scary) and my breath is constantly taken away. Recently I went to visit a new friend (Rhea) who said she does not like Christians. I was bummed to discover a recent move had forced her into a change of employment. Then by God's providence she showed up to visit a coworker. If I had showed up at any other time in the week I would have missed the meeting. Praise God!
After investing time with Rhea, I was once again blindsided by God's benevolence. Two Saints sitting beside me were kind enough to ask about my day. Which led to a conversation about hospitality and our need for a large dining room table. Their response was simple and powerful. "LET US BUY THAT FOR YOU".

When fully extended this table will seat twelve. That means we can host 5 FAMILES! We are excited to serve the gospel at this table of grace. So far we have shared 2 meals and look forward to many more. Unfortunately our dining room does not have an overhead light. So until some home modifications are made we are scheduling around the sun.
The story here is of God at work and I am thrilled to share it with you. I wish this update had more info about our friends from Costco, the relationships gained from coaching soccer, The men I have been meeting with in the mornings and much more. But those will have to wait. The truth is, God has blessed us with such a wild ride that every week is a new adventure. Last week, God confirmed a major piece of the puzzle and closed the gap on our One Time needs. (I am still processing the reality of this grace)

Pray With Us
- PRAISE! The gap on our onetime need has closed!
- We are still praying for the remaining monthly needs (3 year commitment)
- For wisdom as we pursue significant decisions with our home and the gathering phase.
- For our new friends to see and know Christ as Savior
- For 5-6 families to join together in this early season
