A Firm Foundation
In our last update we mentioned that inspections were being made on a home. Unfortunately, the inspector informed us of several problems concerning the foundation. As a result we have returned to the home search. On Thursday, arrangements were made to view another home we hoped would work, the night before our scheduled viewing the owners pulled the home from the MLS listing. UGH!
The biggest problem is inventory. Because we desire to intentionally engage a large neighborhood we are forced to wait for new listings to appear. We are praying the housing inventory will increase after Christmas or the following week.
As mentioned in the last post, the Roswell Region was voted #1 for relocation according to several poles. This rapid growth impacts our process and amplifies the need for Church Planting.
